BLUE HAWK Retirement aggregates together the assets and administration of many disparate plans and puts them together in one plan.  BHR also aggregates together the purchasing power of all adopting employers.  That’s negotiating power.

BHR is able to leverage this scale when negotiating with service providers.  Because it is easier to operate one plan rather than many, and our many members are stronger together, service providers are often able to provide discounts.

While these discounts often represent lower fees when compared to a Member’s existing plan, this is not always the case.  Conducting a Current Plan Analysis will show whether this may be the case for you.

Dynamic Pricing

BHR is built so that automatic fee reductions are delivered to adopting employers when certain benchmarks are met.  There are two types – Member Specific and Plan Specific.  

Members receive fee reductions as their plans grow and meet specified levels.

Plan Specific fee reductions happen when the overall plan crosses certain thresholds.  The reduced fees are then applied to all adopting Members.
